Old American Mastiffs

My name is Anja Sophie Garecken. I come from Netherlands. I have got three OAMastiffs from the founder in Germany. He have the best Mastiff breed amd the best dogs who I know.  

The American Mastiff is a nice family dog and a maximum offers at security as a guard of your family. It is a pure breed and you can be certain to got a Mastiff of honest character.It is optics looks always identical, and they optic do not look differently like many other Mastifftyps.The American Mastiff is a likeness in optics and character of the first Mastiff that came from England to America.The first Mastiffs arrived in America 130 years ago, and one tried an own breed of the Mastiffs in America - The American Mastiff (which came from the Mastiff). These family circles of the Mastiffs existed not long. We have only old pictures and descriptions of the old American Mastiff and we had to gather many other details. Our first breed trial did not look well. The Mastiff was too high and too heavy and no one was not able to call it American Mastiff! The female (Anasthasia) was born 1982. It was a likeness of the first Mastiffs! Height, weight, head and body were absolutely identical.The old (new) family circle of the Mastiffs began to live and it existed no longer only on the paper. Basically the American Mastiff the old Mastifftyp is they come from England. But the American Mastiff  look not identical to the Mastifftyps of today. The current English Mastiff is large, heavily and imposingly. The American Mastiff seems next to the English Mastiff relatively small and easily. It would not be correct to call this mastifftyp "old" English Mastiff, because it is an own direction of mastiff breed and it was also at that time an own direction of the Mastiff, 1880. I would like to make the American Mastiff in my country well known. I think will convince the direction of the Mastiff many people as well as it convinced me and many other persons. 

The size of the females is 29 - 31 inch. and its weight is 145 - 160 pounds. The males are 30 - 35 inch, and 160 - 180 pounds weigh.The American Mastiff is a gentle giant like the Mastiff of today nevertheless its behavior and its optic are different. The American Mastiff drool not a lot, because its lips are shorter as that of some other Mastifftyps.The American Mastiff has not much mass and it is of slim and muscular appearance, this makes it very mobily, enduring, and its skill is remarkable. The American Mastiff is very intelligent, he learns very quickly and no one can deceive his honest heart.It is not obstinate and follows your arrangements gladly. The American mastiff need movement therefore it should run may next to your bicycle or horse. You can make long walks with it or you give it a special task.Whatever you do with your American Mastiff - its place is close to you.
